Couldn’t recommend Alex more highly. Great communication, efficient, polite and unobtrusive, he serviced our boiler and fixed an ongoing issue on the same day. Alex went over and above in sourcing a replacement part same day, and ensuring the kids had heating for the weekend. Fantastic service and would use again.

Professional and efficient central heating repair. Alex was able to visit in a very reasonable timeframe. He immediately identified a faulty thermostat wireless router as the reason the central heating was not functioning. He was able to fit a replacement better quality thermostat during the same appointment. The system now works perfectly and my tenants are happy to have central heating again.
